Concrete Driveway Repair & Leveling

A sunken, cracked, or uneven driveway is more than an eyesore. It is a daily frustration, a water drainage problem, and a safety hazard. We fix it without tearing it out.

Why Driveways Sink and How We Fix Them

Your driveway takes more punishment than almost any other concrete surface on your property. Vehicles rolling over it daily, rain hitting it and running off, tree roots pushing against it from below, and the relentless expansion and contraction of Central Texas clay soil all work together to weaken the support beneath the slab. Over time, sections begin to settle unevenly, leaving you with bumps, low spots, and drainage problems you did not plan for.

The most common type of driveway damage we see is settlement. One section of the driveway has dropped below the others, creating a lip or edge that catches tires and collects water. People often assume they need a full replacement, but in most cases we can lift the settled section back into position using mudjacking or polyjacking, fill the void beneath it, and leave the surface looking and functioning as it should.

Concrete crack repair is often part of the same job. Cracks that have opened up along the edges or through the face of the slab can be addressed with professional-grade fillers that bond to the concrete and flex with seasonal movement. We fill and seal cracks as part of the repair process so water cannot continue to infiltrate and worsen the void below.

Whether your driveway has one sunken section or the whole thing has gradually shifted, we inspect it thoroughly, explain what we find, and give you a clear picture of your options. Concrete driveway repair near you should not require weeks of waiting or an excavation crew. With the right technique, most repairs are done in a single morning.

Our Expertise

Driveway Problems We Solve

Every driveway issue is different. Here are the most common problems we see and how we approach each one.

Sunken Driveway Sections

One or more panels have dropped below the adjacent surface, creating a bump or ledge. We lift the settled section back to grade using mudjacking or polyjacking and fill the void so it holds its position.

Concrete Crack Repair

Cracks allow water to infiltrate the base, accelerating further damage. We clean, prepare, and fill cracks with a professional-grade concrete crack filler that bonds tightly and resists future moisture intrusion.

Garage Apron Repair

The garage apron is where driveway meets garage floor, and it often settles first. A sunken apron directs water into the garage and creates a sharp dip that can scrape low-clearance vehicles. We lift and level aprons as a standalone repair.

Poor Drainage Correction

A driveway that has settled toward the house instead of away from it sends rainwater toward your foundation. Leveling the slab reestablishes the correct slope so water moves away from the structure.

Concrete Inspection

Not sure what is going on with your driveway? We offer a comprehensive inspection where we assess the slab, probe for voids, check drainage, and document our findings. You get a clear report and a recommendation with no pressure.

Emergency Repair

If a portion of your driveway has dropped suddenly or a severe crack has opened up, we can often schedule same-day or next-day service. Call us and describe what you are seeing and we will get you on the schedule fast.

Why Repair Instead of Replace?

50%

Cost Savings

Leveling and repair typically costs half or less of what a full replacement driveway pour would run, including removal and disposal of the old concrete.

1 Day

Turnaround Time

A new concrete driveway requires weeks of cure time before vehicle use. Leveling is done in a few hours and ready for traffic the same day or the next morning.

0

Demolition Waste

We save your existing concrete. No jackhammer, no dumpster, no concrete rubble to haul away. The process is clean, quiet, and minimally disruptive to your property.

Driveway Repair Questions

Yes, in most cases. We assess each section individually and address settling and cracking as part of the same visit. If a section has deteriorated too severely to repair effectively, we will tell you honestly. In that case, targeted replacement of just the damaged panel is usually more practical than a full driveway pour.

Our equipment is relatively compact and we work section by section, so access is usually maintained. For polyjacking especially, cured sections can be driven on within 30 minutes. We coordinate with you ahead of time on the repair sequence if access is a concern.

If you can feel the unevenness when you walk or drive over it, there is almost certainly a void beneath the slab that requires lifting, not just surface sealing. Sealing cracks over an unsupported slab does not solve the structural problem. Our free inspection will identify whether the underlying soil is compromised and whether lifting is needed.

The patched injection holes are visible but small and tidy. We match the patch to the existing concrete as closely as possible. Most homeowners report that the leveled and patched surface looks considerably better than the sunken, cracked version that was there before, even with the visible patches.
